20 Home Remedies to Treat a Concussion

A concussion is a minor form of brain injury caused by a severe blow to the head, accident, a fall, or any other condition that shakes the brain.     I already take a lot of these supplements and foods everyday (fish oil, cinnamon, turmeric, eggs, blueberries, etc), but I’m going to try the fennel, mint and chamomile tea.
    I am also going to take a break from my workouts for a few days and get more rest.
